Are you single and desperate?

Add comment July 30th, 2007

If you’re single and desperate, here are some suggestions for you:

Come to terms with the possibility that you could be single for the rest of your life. Embrace that possibility. Engage in a love affair with yourself. This will give you the satisfaction of enjoying your own company.

These are good things to do.

I took a few more photos today after giving the car a bit of a wash. I like it looking nice - as does everyone, I guess, when they get a new car… :-)

Creating your reality without fear

3 comments July 27th, 2007

What holds most of us back from achieving our goals and dreams is fear. Fear of the unknown, of failure, of rejection, and even of success itself, because of a fear of the responsibilities that success would bring. We find all manner of fears to justify not moving forward on our goals.

These fears prevent us from using the Law of Attraction to attract what we want. Even though we might do our very best to manifest the things that we really want, we never get them. Why not? Because of our fears.

Use the Law of Attraction to find love

5 comments July 27th, 2007

Have you ever noticed that when you want something, you start to see it wherever you look? If you want a particular new car, for example, you start seeing it more often. Until you started desiring it, you never even noticed it! This is the law of attraction: what we desire, we attract to ourselves.

Our thoughts create our reality, and the more we think of something, the more it becomes real in our lives.

The secret to you

The Secret is a fantastic documentary about how the Law of Attraction works, and how you can make it work for you. Here’s an excerpt about it from my old blog:

The Law of Attraction is a universal law, which you might also know as ‘like attracts like’. Whatever is on your mind is what becomes a reality in your life. As was said in the show, “Thoughts… become… things…” The trick is to think of things you want, instead of the things you don’t want.

Making the Law of Attraction work for you

There’s a lot of stuff about the Law of Attraction and how it works, but there’s not a lot on how to make it work for YOU. You don’t need to know how electricity works in order to turn on the light; you just need to know that flicking the switch will result in the light going on. I hope that this article will do that for you too, where a switch is flicked and you see the light.

Do you know what you want?

Like many people you might be drifting through life, doing what you think you should be doing, but deep down inside you know you’re not doing what you want to do. You’re not even sure if you KNOW what you want to do!

Inside of you there’s like to be a state of confusion about what you want. The confusion goes something like this:

Manifesting Money

My friend, Peter Hagerty, runs a business called Genius Academy. This is ’cause he’s a genius [smile] and he wants to help others realise their own genius. He linked me to a copy of a sound file or podcast that he made, that introduces listeners to the concept of manifesting money and success in their life.

I thought it was excellent, ’cause he uses real life examples on how manifestation works and has worked for him. You can find out more about how he can help you realise your own genius by going here, which is where you can find a copy of his podcast as well.

To be achievable it must be believable

Add comment July 27th, 2007

When you use the Law of Attraction to bring things into your life that you want, you need to make sure that what you’re trying to attract is achievable for you, and to be achievable it must be believable.

There’s no point paying ‘lip service’ to the idea of doing something great if you don’t personally believe that you are able to achieve it. Just saying it won’t make it real.

What’s in your heart is what becomes real.

Your value to society

Add comment July 27th, 2007

Steve Pavlina has a great blog post, as usual, about the abundance mindset. Part of his post included this statement:

Remember that money is social debt. The size of your bank account is a measure of how much society owes you for the value you’ve already contributed.

That’s just brilliant! Look at your bank account as being a reflection of the value you contribute to society, instead of a reflection of how little you’re worth.

If you want your account to show more money, then contribute more value to society. I like it.
