Eviction

Over the past few months we’ve been sorting out our furniture and household items. This weekend just gone we finalised quite a few items we’ve been slowly paying off, and we were very happy that our house was finally as we wanted it.
And then today we received an email from our landlord advising us that due to a messy divorce she was having to move out of where she was, and into her house - the one we’re in. We have 8 weeks to find somewhere else to live.
So the search for another place to live has begun. At least we’ll have all the furniture we need when we move into it…

Having to move in a fixed timeframe is a pain. Luckily when we got our 60 day notice because the landlord was selling earlier this year, we were keen to move anyway, so it worked out as a win-win situation.
I’m sure you’ll find somewhere even better though, Life has a tendency to land us on our feet.
